Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ideally come from the electronics industry.
• Hands-on experience in PCB-level troubleshooting is a key requirement.
• AV Tech support - online tech support and offline tech support.
  
• product troubleshooting and product testing
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Applications or equivalent is mandatory
• Preferably 4-8 years experience in handling technical profile
• Should have comprehensive knowledge of the technologies in the industry like Audio Visual technologies, Networking & IP technologies. Knowledge of Unified communication will be added advantage.
• Certifications like CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, any Audio-visual technology certification, CCNA and any other networking certifications are preferred.
• Should have good written and oral communication in English language.
• Should be self-learner, motivator and ability to learn technologies or product functioning on regular basis
