Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager - Internal Audit to join our dynamic finance and risk team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in internal audit, compliance, IFC testing, and financial reporting, preferably with experience in Big 4 firms or NBFCs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing Internal Audits across business functions
- Perform IFC (Internal Financial Control) testing and ensure compliance
- Support in Risk and Compliance Management activities

- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Delegation of Authority (DOA), and Audit Checklists
- Compile Audit Reports, Risk Registers, and Audit Risk Matrices
- Discuss audit findings with stakeholders and assist in formulating action plans
- Collaborate with teams to enhance process controls and efficiency
- Provide support on special projects and ad-hoc assignments

Desired Profile
- Experience in Internal Audit and Statutory Audit
- Hands-on experience in IFC implementation and testing
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently drive audits
- Deep understanding of business processes and internal control frameworks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Preferably worked in a Big 4 audit firm or in the NBFC sector.
