Jr. Amazon Ads Manager

Role Description The Jr. Amazon Ads Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. In this position, the team member will assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and ROI for clients. Daily responsibilities include keyword research, bid and budget management, performance monitoring, and preparing regular reports on campaign outcomes. The Jr. Amazon Ads Manager will collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align ad strategies with brand goals, implement testing strategies, and suggest continuous improvements to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to share insights clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present campaign performance effectively.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand sales funnels, support conversion optimization, and align ad strategies with revenue objectives.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and familiarity with performance marketing on platforms like Amazon.
• Candidates should possess Advertising skills, including understanding of CPC models, targeting options, and ad creatives for Amazon Ads or similar marketplaces.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to handle multiple campaigns, manage timelines, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Foundational experience or coursework in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or paid media is beneficial.
• Comfort with data analysis, spreadsheets, and dashboards (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools) is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is advantageous, along with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
