Jr. Creative Strategist

Role Description The Jr. Creative Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This role involves supporting the development of creative strategies and brand narratives across campaigns and channels, working closely with senior strategists, designers, and performance marketers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, contributing to brand strategy documents, assisting with creative direction for digital and offline campaigns, and drafting clear, compelling copy and messaging frameworks. The Jr. Creative Strategist will help translate data and insights into creative concepts, participate in brainstorming sessions, and ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with Creative Strategy and Brand Strategy to develop cohesive, insight-led campaign ideas.
• Capability to support Creative Direction, contributing to concept development and execution across multiple channels.
• Strong Writing skills for brand messaging, campaign copy, and presentation materials.
• Proficiency in Research to analyze audiences, competitors, and market trends and convert findings into strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional work with design, marketing, and tech teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and content formats is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
