Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing new business opportunities in the IT industry. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and prioritize potential clients in target industries.
- Research and understand client needs and challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring its consistently filled with qualified leads.
- Forecast sales accurately and consistently.
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage the sales process.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proactively address client concerns and issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze market data to inform strategic decisions.
- Proposal and Documentation:
- Develop and customize proposals and presentations to address client needs.
- Create project documentation, such as project plans and SOWs.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Target oriented KPIs for BDM as per the Job Role.
Salary
Up to ?6.6LPA
