Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Information Technology Sales Manager based in Kota. The role involves managing the sales process for IT solutions, identifying and generating leads, maintaining and building client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in IT Sales and a strong understanding of Information Technology concepts.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify and nurture potential clients.
  • Experience in Sales strategies and client engagement to achieve and exceed targets.

    Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently with a proactive approach.
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the IT services and products domain is an advantage.
