Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations to hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Maintain accurate records and reports

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
