Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Rajkot. The Salesperson will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, visiting client locations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with the internal team to align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills

  • Proven ability in negotiation, presentation, and closing sales
  • Understanding of market research and experience in identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Time management, organizational abilities, and the drive to meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with the packing industry and related products is advantageous
  • Proficiency in local and/or regional languages is a plus
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
