Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of HR at Kuldeep Motors Pvt Ltd, located in Etawah. The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, handling employee relations, and managing HR operations. The role involves leading the HR team, conducting performance appraisals, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
