Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Corporate, and Support functions.
• Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment consultants.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, position closure, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
• Support employee onboarding, engagement, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to improve talent availability, retention, and overall employee experience.

• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 08–12 years of HR experience with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition.
• Minimum 3–4 years of hiring experience in the Insurance industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and recruitment analytics skills.
