Role Description
The Branch Head will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, implement strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing staff, building strong client relationships, leading business development initiatives, and ensuring operational compliance. The role demands proactive decision-making, team leadership, and collaboration with other departments to achieve company objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
1. Business Growth & Revenue
- Drive overall branch revenue
- Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
- Build and scale mandate/sole selling portfolio
2. Market Expansion & Developer Relations
- Onboard new developers, projects
- Strengthen relationships with top developers in Bangalore
- Identify high-potential micro-markets for expansion
3. Team Leadership & Productivity
- Build, train & manage a high-performance sales team (RM TL structure)
- Ensure productivity benchmarks per team member
- Drive a performance-driven culture with low attrition
4. Customer Experience & Closures
- Ensure high conversion ratios from leads to bookings
- Monitor customer journey from inquiry to closure
- Maintain high customer satisfaction & referral generation
5. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Align with digital marketing for lead flow optimization
- Plan local campaigns, events, and activations
- Improve cost per lead & cost per booking metrics
6. Operations & Compliance
- Ensure timely brokerage collection & documentation
- Maintain CRM discipline with accurate reporting
- Ensure legal, RERA & compliance adherence
