We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Lead who can partner with business leaders, drive growth-focused marketing initiatives, and build a high-performance vendor ecosystem across our diverse businesses.

• Lead generation

• Performance marketing
• SEO and search visibility
• Social media marketing
• Content marketing
• Employer branding
• Website and digital experience enhancement

check mark button Manage and strengthen a network of digital agencies, creative partners, performance marketing firms, SEO specialists, PR agencies, production vendors, and freelancers.

• check mark button Drive adoption of AI and marketing technologies to improve productivity, speed, quality, and campaign effectiveness.
• check mark button Develop and optimize customer journeys, websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve engagement and business outcomes.
• check mark button Support business teams with marketing collateral, presentations, campaigns, videos, brochures, events, and product launches.
• check mark button Track marketing effectiveness through dashboards, analytics, ROI measurement, and business reporting.

What Were Looking For

• 10–15 years of marketing experience, with significant leadership exposure.
• Mandatory experience in BFSI (Broking, Wealth Management, Banking, Asset Management, Insurance, Fintech, or Financial Services).
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, social media, and analytics.
• Proven ability to manage agencies, external vendors, and strategic partnerships.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing technologies.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-accountability environment.
