Software Engineer - PHP Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a Software Engineer to actively contribute to the design and development of new features, demonstrating the ability to independently analyze business issues and technical problems, and devise smart, logical solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented PHP code following industry best practices.
• Develop robust and scalable backend functionalities for web applications.
• Implement APIs using RESTful principles and/or GraphQL.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the PHP ecosystem (Laravel, frameworks, libraries).
  

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 2+ years of experience as a PHP developer.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with a PHP framework (Laravel preferred).
• 
  Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including jQuery).
• Experience with building and consuming APIs (RESTful and/or GraphQL).
• Basic knowledge of databases using technologies like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
