Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, collaborating with employees, managers, and HR team members.
- End-to-End Employee Central Administration (SuccessFactors): Manage employee profiles and internal applications, oversee Position management, Promotions, leave and leaver processes, Query management and support reporting needs.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Participate in Technical onboarding of profiles and systems, employee changes, and exit processes.
- Performance & Compensation Systems: Exposure to performance management and compensation modules is an advantage.
- Reporting Assistance: Prepare and maintain HR reports as required.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn new HR tools and processes, and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Preferred candidate profile

- Education: MBA in HR or related field (mandatory)
- Experience: 02 years (freshers encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Strong MS Excel skills (data handling, reporting, basic analysis).
- Familiarity with HRMS tools (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Other Skills: Good understanding of HR processes and employee life cycle, ability to multi-task and manage priorities, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
