Shift Time: Night Shift

Skill Required: Accounts Payable, Insurance, Good communication

:

• Freshers from finance background (B.com, M.com , MBA finance ) or candidate with Accounts payable experienced
• Basic Insurance Knowledge
• Invoice Queue Management: Monitoring, prioritizing, and routing incoming invoices to ensure timely review, approval, and processing.
• Vendor Selection and Contact Information: Identifying the correct vendor for each expense and confirming accurate contact details before initiating any processing.
• Expense Payment Processing (from invoices): Verifying approved invoices and executing payments in accordance with established procedures and financial controls.

  Get Hired
• Understanding of software and tools used within business (including but not limited to MS Office)
• Understanding of data sources, and data warehousing principles.
• Strong skills in data integration and analysis
• Highly numerate, with ability to notice trends and find anomalies in data, and ability to investigate them
• Take full ownership of own deliverables, work well with the team to achieve overall targets, consider the bigger picture and the importance of the process..
