Job Description
About the Role:
- The objective of the job is to improve sales of Personal Loans through the FinTech channels through on-boarding new channels & improving productivity in the existing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the distribution of Personal Loan through partnering with top FinTech in the country.
- Improve the sales numbers through existing & new Fintech channels.
- Minimum 30 crore productivity per KAM is expected.
- Tech understanding developing new journeys through market mapping, improvement in the current journeys best practices followed in the industry.
- Should be well versed with the language of the lender should have basic understanding of the portfolio terminologies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum MBA.
Required Skills:
- Candidate must have knowledge of the PL industry.

- Must have worked with at least 1 top lender or 1 top Fintech.
- Must know the processes followed in the industry by different lenders & FinTech.
- Must have basic understanding of call center functioning.
- Must be proficient in MS tools.
- Must have good communication & presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- At least 2+ years of experience such as Key Account Manager, Relationship Manager, Partnership Manager, Business Development Manager roles.
