Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and integration of embedded and PC-based software.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior and junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (MIL-STDs, IEC/IEEE, RTCA, UML, SysML).
- Drive software certification/classification processes.
- Deliver innovative solutions while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
- Contribute to long-term technology planning and architecture improvements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.

- 5+ years of experience in software certification/classification.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills and expertise in microcontrollers/RTOS.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
