Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

Monitor and analyze financial market data, news, and trends.

Track equity and derivative markets to identify potential trading opportunities.

Trading Execution:

Execute buy and sell orders while adhering to the firms risk management guidelines in multiple accounts.

Continuous Learning:

Dedicate time to learn about trading strategies, market movements, and financial instruments.

Attend relevant training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Risk Management:

Understand and adhere to the companys risk management policies.

Assess and manage real-time risks associated with each trade.

Performance Review:

Regularly review trade performance to identify areas of improvement.

Engage in post-trade analysis to understand trade outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field from tier 1 colleges(NIT and above only)

Familiarity with financial markets, even if not from a formal work experience.

Experience using trading platforms and tools.
