About The Role
Sounds good right? Ok, lets move onto some more info about the role. First, the basics:
Group Finance Lead -
Purpose
The key purpose of this role is to provide support to the Group and HQ finance functions through their work with the Group Financial Controller, Group Financial Accountant and HQ Finance Manager. The aim is to be a direct contributor to global financing projects and provide practical support of the delivery of operational objectives of the finance team.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience and progress in a high growth PE backed business. This role reports into the Group Financial Controller who will provide support in developing practical skills as well as advancing Brainlabs values. This is a unique opportunity to provide support to central finance functions and get involved in a wide range of
Group

• Support production of monthly and annual transfer pricing charges based on the annual policy.
• 
  Produce and maintain intercompany reconciliations.
• Support on production of Group Management Accounts including but not limited to posting cross charges, running scripts, performing data checks and saving files.
• Assist in the production of other centrally maintained monthly files such as Group Debtors, Group Creditors and Accruals.
• Assist in the consolidation of cash flow files and ensure validity on inputs / outputs.
  

HQ

• Support the HQ Finance Manager on interest payment modelling as well as ad hoc analysis and support.
• Assist the preparation of weekly cash flow data and the 18-week HQ cash flow forecast.
• Produce monthly staff cost per head reports, reconciling to TBs.
• Maintain reporting on financing costs, included but not limited to interest payment modelling, maintaining tracking docs and debt management.
  

Other

• Support on acquisition accounting
• Support delivery of the audit process through timely delivery of information and proactive management of the regional data flows.
• Assisting the FC when working with our Company Secretarial providers to ensure statutory information is maintained.

Experience And Skills

• Qualified 7+ years
• Qualified under a UK recognized accounting body.
• Masters level qualification
• Strong English language skills
• Strong excel knowledge.
• Basic knowledge on Intercompany transactions
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Xero/ QuickBooks (good to have)
• Strong attention to detail, and data quality
• Multiple entity & multiple country experience
