Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
* Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
* Communicate with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.
* Support joining, onboarding, and employee documentation.
* Maintain employee records and HR databases.
* Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with internal teams.
* Support day-to-day HR operations as assigned.

Eligibility

* Bachelors degree in any discipline.
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
* Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of HR experience can apply.

Required Skills

* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
* Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office / MS Excel.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work effectively in a team.
