VP/AVP/Chief Manager - IT Business Solution & Transformation

Description:
- To lead the planning and execution of complex transformation projects from initiation to closure ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- To define and manage project scope, schedules, resource allocation, and governance frameworks,.while proactively addressing risks, dependencies, and escalations.

- To act as the owner of SaaS platforms and IT applications, ensuring business continuity, scalability, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- To oversee the complete project lifecycle including execution, testing, quality assurance, implementation, and post-delivery support.
- To manage vendor relationships, including contract administration, performance monitoring, and governance to ensure service quality and accountability.
- To drive collaboration and alignment among internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
- To ensure cost-effective execution of IT programs and solutions, maintaining strict adherence to approved budgets.
- To serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, ensuring timely compliance and effective risk mitigation.
- To establish and enforce governance frameworks for project management, testing protocols, and delivery quality assurance.
- To provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- To monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), budget status, and project progress to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
