- Industry Networking & Market Intelligence : Continuously stay ahead of market trends and latest hiring practices by networking with senior stakeholders.

- Research & Mapping : Conduct in-depth industry research to identify trends, key players, and market intelligence. Develop comprehensive talent maps, identifying potential candidates within the target industries and organizations.
Key Qualifications :
- We are looking for a professional (2 to 4 years' experience) in Executive Search/B2BSales or Leadership Hiring with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our ambitious team.
- If you are a customer-centric professional with a bias for action and strong track record of success in academics (MBA), performing arts or sports (National/International) and want to be part of fast-growing executive search firm, we will be keen to have an interaction with you.
