Talent Acquisition Manager - Product & Technology

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition professional to lead hiring across Product and Technology for a high-growth, consumer-focused organization. The role will partner with business and technology leaders to build strong teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Product and Technology roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define hiring plans and deliver against priorities.
• Build talent pipelines for product management, engineering, design, data and other technology roles.
• Drive sourcing through market mapping, referrals, direct outreach and recruitment partnerships.
• Manage hiring processes, candidate experience and stakeholder communication.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7 - 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on Product and Technology hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a technology-led, consumer internet, e-commerce or high-growth organization would be relevant.
