Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Leader to lead and manage a team of Sales Executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets while mentoring high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Support the team in negotiations and deal closures.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance.
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Management for smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
- Knowledge of Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate market.
- Target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Proven record of achieving team sales targets.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
