Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be responsible for facilitating customer satisfaction through on-time submission of First Article Inspection (FAI) and Production. Your main role will involve developing and implementing project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. It will be essential for you to track and ensure achievement of milestones within the fixed cost by the Management, ensuring Return on Investment (ROI), achieving profitability as per Request for Quotation (RFQ), and enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools
- Track and ensure achievement of milestones at the fixed cost and ensure ROI
- Achieve profitability as per RFQ and effectiveness in sales turnover targets
- Enhance customer satisfaction through efficient project management
- Achieve value-added order inflow and on-time submission of FAI
- Identify and manage risks and issues, develop contingency plans
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making
- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of projects
- Achieve production On-Time Delivery (OTD)
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Identify areas for improvement in strategy implementation processes
- Drive continuous improvement
- Act as a facilitator for Total Quality Management (TQM) and Lean Business Excellence Model (LBEM)

Qualifications Required:
- Strong project management skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
- Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles
- Experience in Lean Business Excellence Model (LBEM) is a plus,
