Job Overview


We are looking for a Performance Marketer social media to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving engagement, and maximizing campaign ROI through data-driven strategies. This role requires strong expertise in audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to support overall marketing and business growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other social media channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Perform audience segmentation and targeting to improve campaign efficiency and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies to improve performance.
  • Track and analyse daily campaign performance metrics and generate performance reports.
  • Manage and optimize advertising budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and messaging.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and advertising best practices.
  • Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and scaling successful campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2- 4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid social media campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and YouTube Ads.
  • Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Insights is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of audience behaviour, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
