Job Summary

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to improve organic search visibility, website traffic, and high-intent lead generation through On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, Local SEO (GEO), and AEO strategies. The candidate will be responsible for keyword research, optimization, ranking

improvements, and performance tracking across search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP benchmarking
• Implement On-Page SEO (meta tags, internal linking, schema, content optimization)
• Execute Technical SEO improvements (site speed, crawlability, indexation, sitemaps)
• Develop Off-Page SEO strategies including link building and digital outreach
• Optimize Local SEO (Google Business Profile, citations, geo-targeted content)
• Implement AEO strategies for featured snippets and voice search
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4 and Search Console
• Prepare SEO performance reports and recommendations

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 35 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and Tag Manager
• Experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest
• Understanding of Technical SEO, Local SEO, and structured data
• Familiarity with WordPress/Webflow and basic HTML/CSS
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
