Role & responsibilities
Manager - Responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and safety of the organization's facilities. This role ensures optimal functionality of the workplace by overseeing building operations, vendor performance, compliance, and employee workplace experience while managing costs and risks effectively.
Coordinators - Responsible for supporting the daytoday operations of the workplace by ensuring facilities, equipment, and services are maintained efficiently, safely, and costeffectively. First point of contact for facilityrelated issues and coordinates with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve them.
- Manage over facility operations including HK, Security, Maintenance etc.
- Maintaining Quality and ensuring governance
- Handling client visits and other various events
- Vendor coordination for smooth functioning of facility
- Inventory management

Preferred candidate profile
MBA Mandatory
6+ years of experience for Coordinators & 10+ years for Manager
Prior experience in Facility Management is a must
