Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive at Latambarcem Brewers, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain existing accounts while also identifying ways to enhance the companys brand and reputation in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers and new customers (B2B).
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market landscape and competitive environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Track and analyze sales performance data to optimize sales and marketing strategies
- Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities and progress towards goals

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and expand its network
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Salary Package: Rs 5,40,000 to Rs 7,20,000 pen annum (Basis of experience)
