Job Description
As a GenAI Architect, youll be the driving force behind designing and deploying cutting-edge AI and automation solutions that revolutionize enterprise workflowsstarting with complex domains such as tax, finance, and compliance. Youll collaborate with senior leaders across technology, data, and business to design intelligent systems that enhance efficiency, transparency, and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities
- Define & Lead the GenAI Vision: Set the strategic roadmap for Generative AI adoption across business functions, identifying and executing high-value use cases.
- Architect Enterprise-Grade Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems such as intelligent assistants, AI-driven classification engines, anomaly detection models, and automated reporting tools.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Tax, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into intelligent, automated workflows.
- Build Advanced AI Pipelines: Lead development of real-time AI-powered analytics, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and recommendation engines.
- Establish Governance & Best Practices: Define standards for responsible AI use, model evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor & Lead Teams: Guide analysts, engineers, and data scientists on leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques effectively.
- Measure Business Impact: Quantify efficiency improvements, accuracy gains, and risk reduction driven by GenAI initiatives.
- Proven expertise in Advanced Python and SQL for AI solution development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, RAG Architectures, and Conversational AI.
- Deep understanding of Cloud Data Platforms Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Databricks.
- Familiarity with Data Automation, Enterprise APIs, and Data Integration tools (e.g., Alteryx).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of architecting and deploying AI/ML solutions at scale in enterprise environments.
