About the RoleLatentView's Supply Chain Practice is in an exciting growth phase. We're looking for a seasoned- Supply Chain Consulting Lead- with deep domain expertise in Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing to drive value creation, client engagement, innovation, and team development. This is a high-impact leadership role blending consulting expertise, analytics, and strategic vision.
What You'll Do:
Key Elements of the Role: Capability: Build and ship sector-leading solutions - including our marquee Multi-Tier Supplier Visibility platform and manufacturing-focused offerings.- Conversations: Engage with key clients & prospects to drive growth.- Competency: Mentor and grow a high-performing team of supply chain consultants.- Collaborations: Partner with industry leaders for joint go-to-market initiatives.- Content: Represent LatentView with thought leadership at industry forums.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead client discovery, identify supply chain transformation opportunities, and act as a functional SME.
- Deliver PoCs, pilots, and scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau.

- Partner with business development to shape go-to-market strategies and win new clients.
- Build reusable supply chain analytics assets and frameworks.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 10-14 years, including 5+ years in Supply Chain Analytics/Consulting.
- Domain: Strong knowledge of Automotive or Industrial manufacturing supply chains.
- Tech: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI/Tableau; experience in demand sensing, inventory optimization, supplier risk management.
- Consulting Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Preferred: MBA/Master's in Supply Chain or Analytics; consulting firm background; exposure to ML forecasting/optimization.
