About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving data management, building analytical frameworks, and supporting business decision-making through structured insights. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

- Data Management & Automation: Set up and streamline processes for data management while developing templatized analytical modules. Continuously enhance these processes with a strong focus on automation and system capability improvement.
- Project Execution: Clearly understand business briefs and manage both new and ad-hoc analytical projects. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights and solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep managers and stakeholders informed about project progress. Proactively flag any risks, data gaps, or analytical challenges and suggest feasible solutions.
- Advanced Modelling: Design, develop, and refine statistical models using best-in-class modelling techniques to support business strategies and decision-making.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage projects using Gantt charts and other project management tools to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Deliverables: Prepare and deliver well-structured, insightful, and actionable reports, presentations, and dashboards. Ensure that outputs are informative, organized, and tailored to business needs.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Actively collaborate with team members, share best practices, and support colleagues to expand team capability and effectiveness.
- Communication: Present complex and sensitive information in a clear, concise, and tactful manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong expertise in data management, statistical modelling, and business analytics.
- Proficiency with analytical tools, Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience with automation tools or scripting languages (Python/R) will be a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
