Designation: Senior Analyst
Level: L2
Experience: 3 to 5 years

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst candidate with sound experience in Experimentation / AB Testing to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and product features.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance metrics.
- Build predictive models to identify high-value customer segments and optimize targeting.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in our testing methodology.
- Stay current with industry best practices in experimental design.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, with emphasis on A/B testing and campaign analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as PySpark
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, causal inference, and hypothesis testing
- Proficiency with data visualization tools(Power BI)
- Good to have Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and attribution models
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle analysis and segmentation
