We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Analyst with strong exposure in Data Science concepts along with good understanding of Consulting Domain to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify key problem statements through in-depth discussions, and perform comprehensive analysis, including market sizing, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking, to develop actionable strategies that align with the clients objectives and growth vision.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data to generate valuable insights
- Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling artifacts, effectively communicating business solutions and strategic recommendations through engaging stories
- Serve as a trusted expert with in-depth knowledge of industry best practices and standards, applying research methods and frameworks to substantiate the recommendations
- Ensure clear, consistent communication and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Facilitate open feedback channels, both within the team and with clients, even in challenging situations
- Operate independently with minimal supervision, managing client relationships and maintaining a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs and expectations.
- Lead business presentations, showcasing creative concepts and introducing innovative ideas that drive value and inspire client confidence.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, applying logical reasoning to develop innovative and practical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Proficient in Data analysis, machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, data visualization
- Prior management consulting/advisory experience (4+ years) in Big 4 firm, business consulting units of large IT firms or data analytics firm
- Preferred qualifications include an MBA or equivalent advanced business degree
- C-level presentation experience & prior experience working for Fortune 100 companies
- Hands-on experience in business analytics, market research, and financial modeling preferred
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, trend analysis, and market forecasting preferred
- Proficiency in tools for market research, data analysis, and financial modeling (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle client engagements independently
- Proven ability to deliver actionable insights and strategies based on data-driven research
- Knowledge of product and market positioning, particularly in the technology sector, is a plus.
