We are looking for our client for an experienced and strategic Transformation Lead – Finance to drive enterprise finance transformation initiatives through digital innovation, consulting, and solution-led engagements. The role will focus on shaping transformation strategies, enabling AI-driven finance solutions, and delivering measurable business value for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage transformation roadmaps for enterprise customers at local and global scale
• Identify and shape digital transformation opportunities across Finance/HR processes
• Collaborate with alliance partners, presales, delivery, IT, and solution teams
• Lead tailored client demonstrations, POCs, and techno-functional presentations
• Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders
• Advise customers on digital finance transformation strategies and future-ready solutions

• Establish governance, transformation frameworks, and value realization measures
• Drive process improvements and recommend innovative technology enhancements
• Track performance metrics to continuously improve transformation outcomes
• Share best practices and lessons learned across transformation teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Finance / HR Transformation and Consulting
• Expertise in Digital Technologies, AI, Data Analytics, and Enterprise Architecture
• Proven experience leading large strategic transformation programs end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across Delivery, Presales, and Technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
