About the Role -

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager – Indirect Sales to drive residential sales through broker and channel-partner networks for our client in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong Dubai real estate experience, a solid understanding of the residential market, and previous experience working with a real estate developer.

The role will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and agencies, supporting channel partners, and driving sales across developer projects.

We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, well-organized, confident in communication, and comfortable building long-term relationships within Dubai's real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive residential property sales through brokers, channel partners, and real estate agencies.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing broker and agency partners.
• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to expand the sales network.
• Manage and grow the indirect sales pipeline in line with business targets.
• Conduct project presentations, property briefings, and sales training sessions for channel partners.
• Communicate new launches, project updates, pricing, payment plans, and promotional campaigns to brokers and agencies.
• Support channel partners with product knowledge, client requirements, and deal progression.
• Monitor channel partner performance and identify opportunities to improve sales conversion.
• Build strong engagement with Dubai's broker and agency community to generate recurring business.
• Coordinate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to support launches and sales initiatives.
• Stay updated on Dubai's residential real estate market, competitor activity, pricing, and new project launches.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
• Previous experience working directly with a real estate developer in Dubai is required.
• Experience in residential real estate, particularly off-plan/developer projects.
• Experience working with brokers, channel partners, or real estate agencies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Dubai's residential property market and developer landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong broker, agency, and client relationships.
• Strong sales, business development, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confident presentation and speaking abilities.
• Ability to conduct project presentations and effectively communicate with channel partners.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage sales pipelines and targets.
• Currently based in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
