As a qualified candidate for the position based in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in FPGA projects within the region. Your expertise in RTL design, coding best practices, algorithms, Verilog, System Verilog, SoC integration, and quality assurance processes will be essential. You will collaborate closely with the architecture team to define microarchitecture and design specifications, as well as share knowledge with the existing FPGA team while being receptive to learning from them.
Your responsibilities will include driving logic design for FPGA blocks and full chips, utilizing top-notch methodologies to enhance design efficiency and quality. You will also be accountable for maintaining design integrity through the implementation of assertions, checkers, and scripts. Building strong relationships with global teams, mentoring colleagues, and occasional travel will be part of your role.

To excel in this position, you should hold a BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least 14 years of experience in logic design across various silicon projects. Your expertise in SoC integration, microarchitecture definition, 3rd party IP selection, ARM processor, AXI, AMBA bus, safety and security protocols, and debug architecture will be highly valued. Familiarity with FPGA designs and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across different locations and time zones are essential qualities for success in this role.,
