We have an urgent opening with most of the leading life Insurance Companies in Banca Vertical for Uttarakhand location.

- To enhance insurance sales through the Banca channel: Supervise bank branches affiliated with the channel partner
- Regularly interact with cluster heads and bank staff to oversee daily operations
- Support assigned relationship managers (RMs) in achieving sales goals
- Maintain high levels of persistency, productivity, and compliance within the designated zone
- Conduct training sessions in bank branches, engage in insurance calls with HNI clients, and conduct regular reviews with sales managers and branch managers for corrective actions
- Manage various Management Information Systems (MIS) for monitoring sales, contests, and training initiatives for both the channel partner and internal teams
- Provide guidance and support for submissions, policy issuances, and resolving pending matters for channel partner employees, internal RMs, and other stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with bank cluster heads, ensuring regular communication to assess business performance and seek support for maintaining productivity
- Monitor case sizes and promote a balanced product mix to enhance persistency

- Ensure team and individual sales targets are met, facilitate effective collaboration between the internal team and channel partner to drive company sales and responsiveness
- Coordinate with HR to align recruitment activities with plans and support RMs in achieving their career progression targets
- Enforce adherence to SOPs and sales processes, taking corrective measures against any violations
- Achieve targets for new business premiums, RM activation, and product mix
