Job Description

What role you will play in team: You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for life insurance roles within our client companies. You will be the bridge between candidates and hiring managers.

What you will do: You will use various recruitment strategies to find qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the entire hiring process.

Key responsibility:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for life insurance roles
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and databases
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of the recruitment process
  • Negotiate compensation and benefits packages with selected candidates
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Required Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent
