Recruitment Specialist (Life Insurance)

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within a life insurance company. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle.

What you will do: You'll source candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and manage the onboarding process. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, networking)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews
• 
  Assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
