Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand, adjusting inventory levels accordingly.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency in the casting process.
Job Requirements :
- 18-25 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.

- Strong understanding of inventory management best practices, including demand planning and forecasting techniques.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using tools such as Excel or specialized software (e.g., SAP).
- Experience working with foundries or similar industries is highly desirable.
- Supplier Management, Castings Process, Commodity, Risk mitigation, Financial Acumen.
