Job Description
- As a Business Development Executive for the USA Market in our remote team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics, managing dispatch operations within the U.S., and establishing strong relationships with carriers. Your focus will be on fostering growth, creating new opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service in the freight brokerage industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting new customers to drive growth and identify new opportunities.
- Evaluating business growth initiatives and suggesting areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients to meet their logistics needs.
- Expanding into new markets and acquiring customers through potential leads.
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers, converting their queries into successful load orders.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring and managing any issues that may arise.
- Providing regular reports on logistics operations to clients and internal departments.
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver top-notch service to clients.
To be successful in this role, you should ideally have:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong interpersonal skills.

- The ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
