Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Business Development Intern for the USA Market to join our remote team for a 2-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and the logistics industry, learning directly from professionals in the field. Successful interns will help coordinate logistics, assist with client relationships, and support our goal of exceptional service in the freight brokerage industry.
Note: High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Business Development Executive role after completion of the internship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in prospecting new customers to support business growth and create new opportunities.
- Evaluate ongoing business growth initiatives and highlight areas for improvement.
- Help develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients to meet their logistics needs.
- Work on expanding into new markets by supporting lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Communicate effectively with customers, addressing queries, and converting leads into successful orders.
- Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing issues and resolving concerns.
- Support the team in preparing regular reports on logistics operations to update clients and internal departments.
- Stay informed about industry trends to help deliver top-quality service.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation, marketing, sales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Own laptop with good internet connection.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, including spreadsheets and databases.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Stipend: INR 2500rs for 2 months.
- Certificate of Completion: Provided upon successful completion of the internship.
- Letter of Recommendation (LOR): Awarded based on performance during the internship.
- Full-Time Opportunity: High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Business Development Executive role based on their performance and contributions.
- Remote Learning: Gain valuable experience in business development and logistics while working from home.
