Role & responsibilities
Position: Asst. Manager
Location: Chakan (Pune)
Qualifications: BE / Diploma - Mechanical
Experience: 8 / 10 Yrs.
Responsibilities:
Preventive Maintenance Incharge
1. Responsible for ensuring that the Plant equipment run to their maximum efficiency and output. This includes total Preventive & Predictive Maintenance . Includes people management and budget /cost reporting for PM.
2. Manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) of PM.
3. Hand on experience on Grinding Machine, Induction Hardening, Rolling Machine, Milling & turning Machine, Washing Machine, Assembly Line equipment, laser marking machine, Gantry, CNC based machining Center, robots, SPM etc.
4. Hand on experience on MAG, MGTL, EMAG, Nakamura Turning M/c, NOVA, MECCANODORA Grinding M/c, GH & EFD Induction hardening & Furnace, and Assembly Line Equipment etc.
5. Good Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatic system.

6. Good Knowledge of Ball screw, LM ways, Spindle, Turret, Chuck, Bearing, Gear box, Pumps, Belt, Pulley, Chain, Conveyor
7. Read & Write of Mechanical, Hydraulics & Pneumatics drawing
8. Read Electrical drawing.
9. Good System knowledge of PM, PDM, CBM, TBM, MTTR, MTBF, Uptime, Thermography, Vibration Analysis etc.
10. Good Communication, decision maker, team handling, Leadership, MS Office, SAP, CMMS.
11.Responsible for Monthly MIS, PPT, analysis, Value addition activity, Kaizen, suggestion etc.
