The Leadership Consulting Partner is an entrepreneurial opportunity in Secunderābād area, India; it is a self-employed entrepreneurial opportunity, not a hired job with a fixed salary. Position also open in all Metros and SAARC countries.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Leadership Consulting Partner located in Secunderābād. The Partner will sell and deliver LMI programs to clients and will manage program logistics and administration. They will also provide coaching and support to program participants throughout their development initiatives. This hybrid role provides some flexibility for remote work.

Freshers or people with less than 15 years of experience will NOT be considered.

Qualifications

• Training and development, Coaching, and Leadership Development skills
• Experience in Program Management and Training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed
• Bachelors degree and above
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Possess a good network of decision-makers

Relevant qualifications that would be beneficial include Experience delivering training and coaching in a corporate setting, and Certifications in leadership development or coaching and in Business Development.
