Position: Sales Manager - North

Role Summary

Drive business growth across North India for all Leapfrog business domains including Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, HVAC, Fire Safety, Digital & IoT Solutions, Modular Infrastructure, BESS, Renewable Energy and emerging technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive order booking and revenue growth across North India.
• Identify and develop new customers across industrial, data center, renewable energy, utility, infrastructure and EPC sectors.
• Build relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors and key stakeholders.
• Lead solution selling, customer presentations, negotiations and order closure.
• Coordinate with application, estimation and project teams for techno-commercial proposals.
• Develop consultant approvals, vendor registrations and repeat business opportunities.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts and market intelligence.

Education & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in technical sales, business development, key account management or solution selling.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting complex B2B opportunities.
