About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Manager at Lendingkart Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and execution for our B2B lending solutions for our recent Personal Loan Folio. This position demands a combination of technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of product management best practices.
Some high level things you would own but not limited to:
Lead and manage key 0-1 initiatives, ensuring successful implementation from conception to launch. Work closely with enterprise clients and their engineering teams to develop tailor-made solutions that meet their unique needs. Engage in regular travel to client locations and to our Ahmedabad office to facilitate seamless collaboration and project execution. Develop a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, with a focus on lending solutions for SMEs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, set timelines, and oversee the product development lifecycle. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve product offerings.
Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or related sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and successfully launching innovative products.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving teams towards common goals.
• Prior experience as a founder or in a startup environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the fintech industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and inter-office collaboration.
