DWS Offering Development Manager

As a Offering Development Manager in the Digital Workplace Services group, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and launching DWS offerings. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the digital workplace landscape, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management:

* Plan, execute, and oversee Digital Workplace Services offerings, including scope definition, timeline management, risk assessment, and resource allocation.

* Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps and reports to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and milestones.

Stakeholder Coordination:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, to align project goals with business objectives.

* Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.

Budget and Resource Management:

* Ensure cost control and manage resources effectively to deliver projects within financial constraints.

* Coordinate with HR or third-party vendors to onboard required resources.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

* Establish KPIs to measure success and track progress against goals.
