We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst at Lera, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets to uncover valuable insights, enabling our clients to make informed decisions and optimize their operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive innovation in our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and requirements, and translate them into data analysis tasks and deliverables.
• Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights in a clear and concise manner using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant platforms.
• Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to perform predictive and prescriptive analyses that drive actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with software developers to integrate data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency throughout our IT products and services.
• Collaborate with the product team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our products and services.
• Monitor data trends and anomalies, proactively identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and IT to drive continuous innovation within the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a technology-driven or IT product/service environment.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, etc.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to create compelling visualizations and reports.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modelling, and machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with data pipeline integration and data transformation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
