Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Intern will assist in managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and implementing HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include supporting the creation and execution of personnel strategies, handling employee benefits administration, and assisting in general HR management. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations and a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and HR Management
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management principles
